About The Project

Albert Levi Art is a curated online gallery and e-commerce platform featuring original contemporary artworks and fine art prints inspired by Jewish heritage and universal human themes. The objective of this project was to evolve a simple artist portfolio into an emotionally engaging, conversion-focused digital experience, one that connects collectors with artwork on a deeper, more personal level.

 

We designed a visually immersive interface that allows the artwork to take center stage, supported by thoughtfully structured collections, authentic artist storytelling, and strategically placed trust elements. By prioritizing user experience, we simplified navigation between standard prints and premium Embellished Editions, guiding users seamlessly from exploration to purchase. A responsive, performance-optimized design ensures that the emotional impact and visual richness of each piece remain consistent across all devices.

Problem Statement

Many online art galleries feel impersonal and transactional, often failing to communicate the emotion, story, and authenticity behind the artwork. This disconnect weakens the relationship between artist and collecto. Albert Levi’s existing website needed to mature from a basic digital showcase into a destination that builds trust, conveys the artist’s compelling narrative, and makes purchasing art feel confident, meaningful, and emotionally rewarding for a global audience.

Challenges We Faced

The key challenge was creating an online experience that balanced commerce with emotional depth. The website needed to clearly differentiate standard fine art prints from high-value Embellished Editions while justifying the price difference through thoughtful presentation. Building trust for high-value online purchases was essential, as was organizing a growing catalog into intuitive collections without overwhelming users. Additionally, the artist’s personal story had to be integrated naturally into the shopping journey, all while maintaining a refined, gallery-like aesthetic that kept the artwork in focus.

Our Solution

We designed a story-driven digital platform that positions Albert Levi as both an artist and a storyteller. The user journey guides visitors from an emotional introduction to the artist’s narrative and into curated collections, creating a seamless path to purchase. Tiered product presentations clearly communicate the exclusivity of Embellished Editions, while strategically placed trust elements reduce buyer hesitation. A minimalist interface and cohesive visual system ensure a gallery-inspired experience that preserves emotional impact while supporting conversion.
